A stealth healing build using the new Cross-Examination perk — Bite the Bullet suppresses all healing sounds, Botany Knowledge dramatically speeds up heals, Cross-Examination reveals the killer's aura when they look at another survivor to know when it's safe to heal, and Alert provides aura info whenever the killer breaks a pallet or wall.
