Creator's notes

A build to help keep gens monitored and damaged but minimize the timne spent doing so. Secret Project makes you stealthy every now and then when picking up and any other time a gen is blocked. To ensure maximum value, try to reload BEFORE you pick up and hook if you need to (as long as it's reasonable to do so).
