Creator's notes

A build popularized by Momo and other Blight players going for consistent win streaks. It stacks massive amounts of slowdown. Even if not all of it gets perfect value, it will buy you a ton of time if your chases are on point. Check out alternative perks if you want a more balanced build with more information perks intead.
