Hex: Ruin regresses unattended generators, Hex: Blood Favour blocks pallets after hitting an injured survivor, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt slows hex totem cleansing and reveals survivors who approach, and Hex: Face the Darkness makes a random survivor scream every 45 seconds.
