Creator's notes

Seine's half of a duo speed build running at 125% Haste — 10% faster than most killers. Teamwork: Power of Two and Boon: Dark Theory stack Haste while moving together, Hope grants a final sprint in end-game, and For the People lets you take a hit for a teammate to protect them.
