Generic
4 random Hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks. When a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook, they suffer from Haemorrhage and Mangled for 60/70/80 seconds. (Formerly: Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain)
The Artist
4 random Hooks become Scourge Hooks. You start with 4 tokens. When a Survivor is hooked on one for the first time, consume a token: the Generator with the most progress instantly loses 10/15/20% and starts regressing.
