While shining a Flashlight, gain +50% Haste. Blinding the Killer causes them to suffer -20% Hindered for 6 seconds. Cooldown: 80/70/60 seconds after blinding.
Leon S. Kennedy
After repairing 50% of a Generator, craft a Flash Grenade from a Locker. Toss it to blind and stun the Killer.
